THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Client Director at TechInsights, you'll be at the forefront of our strategy for engaging with global clients that play a pivotal role in our strategic objectives and revenue generation. Your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities within named accounts while also managing a sales quota.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Gain deep insights into the business strategy, goals, and initiatives of key account clients and identify opportunities where TechInsights can provide value.
- Cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships with clients across various locations, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.
- Utilize user data and trends analysis to identify opportunities for growing account and active usage within Key Accounts, leveraging insights to tailor solutions that address specific needs and pain points.
- Implement a proactive, data-driven approach to account expansion, incorporating long-term planning strategies that align with budget cycles and strategic initiatives, ensuring sustained growth and value delivery over time.
- Implement effective account management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, drive retention, and foster account growth.
- Take ownership of sales quotas assigned to specific multinational accounts.
- Demonstrate mastery in applying TechInsights' sales methodology, products, and services to consistently achieve results around revenue growth and active user registrations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other sellers across the org.
- Leverage Salesforce.com to ensure accuracy in forecasting sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Over 15 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably within the high tech or semiconductor/microelectronics sector, with a track record of successful achieving and exceeding quota.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree / MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with C-level and senior executives within multinational Fortune 100 corporations.
- Proficiency in developing and executing global account plans, along with strong territory management skills.
- Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Track record of building and nurturing client relationships by providing strategic insights and value-added solutions.
- Ability to comprehend enterprise-wide challenges and devise innovative, integrated solutions to support informed decision-making for global companies.
- Familiarity with the entire sales process lifecycle.
