Client Concierge

Integrated Physical Therapy is boutique, integrated Myofascial Release, Pelvic Health and Orthopedic practice that specializes in PT, wellness and recovery based programs.

We are looking for a virtual Client Concierge to join our team in Hallandale and North Miami offices. Responsibilities:

• Enable providers to focus on providing individualized patient care by assisting in:

- Scheduling appointments

- Scheduling follow ups

- Collecting new client intake information

• Build positive relationships with patients, community, and practitioners and

manage conflict with care and empathy.

• Lead clients through sales process to meet new client conversions goals
• Promote conversion by providing excellent onboarding and customer experience.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and instant messages in a timely and professional manner
• In partnership with clinicians, ensure IPT hits quality of care, compliance, and financial goals
• Willingness to learn new technologies & frameworks.
• Assist in payments and familiarize yourself with insurance billing, and assist as needed
• Manage patient feedback escalation process and ensure that conflicts are resolved. and the patient feels heard.
• Collaborate with Client Concierge in both locations to ensure streamlined. communications
• Analyze new client metrics to optimize client communication and onboarding process with clinical director.

Additional training in any of the following are a plus:

Jane, WEBPT, Kareo, Asana, Slack, Office 365, Canva, GHL (we provide training in all our systems)

This position is Full Time and virtual Offsite

We will provide a computer, phone and software access

Compensation:

$18-$22 per hour, bonus opportunities after 90 days of successful employment
