Client Communications Specialist
The Client Communications Specialist will be tasked with designing, editing, and laying out information in a variety of marketing and communications collateral including but not limited to employee benefits guides, proposals, company advertisements, HTML emails, presentations, and internal/external communications for the MMA Southeast region. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of our branding and be able to incorporate the right style and layout for projects assigned. The Client Communications Specialist should be organized and experienced in every step of the design process, from ideation to final deliverable. They will be expected to collaborate effectively with team members and producers to ensure assigned projects are aesthetically pleasing, accurate, and completed in a timely manner. Finally, excelling in this position requires high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Applicants must be within driving distance to the Columbus, GA office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute a minimum of three days per week.

We will count on you to:
- Conceptualize graphics materials such as presentations, proposals, guides, brochures, HTML emails, advertising, and internal/external communications for the MMA Southeast region
- Work with individuals and teams to procure materials and information for various projects
- Create, manage and manipulate charts, graphs, tables, pictures, and other graphic elements in all file formats, including JPG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, etc.
- Support the maintenance of corporate branding
- Regularly review current products, processes, services and procedures and offer solutions that create an environment that emphasizes continuous improvement
- Acts as a liaison between other teams and departments/offices to promote clear and timely communication and assist with problem solving as situations arise
- Staying informed regarding technical knowledge, market trends, company information and other operating techniques and sharing information as necessary
What you need to have:
- Portfolio required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing/Communications related major
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Must be able to work on both Apple OS and PC
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for aesthetics and details
What makes you stand out:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in a Graphic Design or Marketing/Communications position is preferred
