Our agency is called PlanWorks, and we are the fastest growing health insurance agency in Tampa Bay!
We are located in Saint Petersburg, Florida, about 10 minutes north of downtown Saint Petersburg (near the Gandy Bridge and I-275). This is an in-office position with a full-time schedule (Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Job Description:
This is a "ground floor" opportunity with considerable upside potential. Your primary duties will be to communicate with PlanWorks clients over the phone and via email and text messages (you will not use your personal cell phone for this role). This position requires a lot of verbal communication. Previous experience in a client service or call center role is preferred.
While this is a Client Care position, there is opportunity to obtain your Health Insurance Agent license (2-40 Florida Health Agent License). We will pay 100% of your licensing costs! Once licensed, your pay rate will increase, and you will have an additional opportunity to earn significant bonuses. Starting pay rate is based on your skills and experience.

Other Information:
- This is for an immediate start (or 2 weeks if you have to provide current employer with 2 weeks' notice).
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screeningprior to your Start Date.
- If you are invited to interview, the interview will be in our office in Saint Petersburg. Generally, you will interview with 2 members of our team, approximately 30 minutes each.
