FYZICAL Sanibel is hiring a Part-Time ClientCare Specialistto join our dedicated team as we restart our practice. Our Client Care Specialist is oftenthe first point of contact, tasked with coordinating patient care and providinga seamless experience for new and existing clientele. This role requires exceptional customerservice skills in combination with physician liaison and administrative duties,and we will provide training for the right candidate. PrimaryResponsibilities Include:
- Greet patients, visitors, and vendors upon arrival atclinic
- Collect new patient intake information and trackreferrals
- Manage patient scheduling, enter appointment datesand times into computerized scheduler
- Phone, text, or email appointment reminders
- Answer phone, respond to voicemail & emailinquiries, or direct to appropriate party
- Coordinate evaluations, appointment reminders, andcancelations
- Record when appointments have been filled or canceled
- Upon patient cancelation, inform scheduled therapistreason for cancelation and advise if patient has rescheduled
- Verify insurance, track covered/non-covered visits,take copayments, and ensure that any pre-authorizations are done promptly
- Communicate with Office Manager regardingappointments and scheduling issues
- Send paperwork to insurance carriers for coordinationof benefits
- Ensure daily notes and billing codes are completed byeach therapist daily and sent to billing company
- Order equipment and office/medical supplies as neededor directed
- Use social media platforms to market the clinic
- Willingness to assist therapist with set-up,clean-up, laundry, and light cleaning in the absence of an aide
- Other duties as assigned
SuccessfulCandidates Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work efficiently & effectively in anautonomous environment
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn andhelp coworkers when necessary
- Positive and empathetic attitude, willingness to helppatients in pain
- Team player who can work in harmony with others
