Premier Companies has immediate openings for Customer Care Specialists. Customer Care Specialist works closely with the Sales Client Advisors and the store manager to ensure all clients needs are met. Our customer care specialist will be the first point of contact whether by email, phone, chat or in person is responsible for providing the highest level customer service and creating a lasting impression. They will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the customer data base.
This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent starting pay and benefits
