Position Summary
The Administrative and Client Care Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support while also assisting in Client Care tasks within the RISE facility. This multifaceted role requires a blend of organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and a dedication to delivering excellent client service. The ACCA will maintain a caseload of 15 billable hours per week and a minimum or 10 hours of administrative time per week.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, processing referrals, and managing waitlists.
- Maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with billing and authorization processes as needed.
- Coordinate with other administrative operations staff to ensure smooth workflow within the office.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other clinical team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Act as a liaison between clients and clinical team members, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implementation of treatment plan, monitoring the youth’s behavior, reinforcing implementation of the treatment plan by the parents/guardians/caregivers, and reporting to the LABA on progress toward objectives and goals in the form of collected data.
- Actively maintain a caseload to meet minimum billing requirements.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Minimum of GED or High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Skills and Experience
- 1 year experience in any health care field.
- 1 year of childcare experience.
- 1 year of clerical experience in a clinical setting.
Other Requirements
Driver’s License, pass Criminal Background Check, and availability to work shifts during daytime hours
