We are looking for a part or full time receptionist at our privately owned veterinary practice in Watertown, MA! This role would be about 35 hours per week.
We are looking for an organized, positive, upbeat team-player! Ability to multitask and work well in a busy work environment is also a plus. You'll be the first face clients see as they enter our clinic, so someone who is courtious & willing to help is a must. Our office operates 5 days a week with shifts about 9 hours in length each.
Experience in a veterinary office or animal care is preferred, but not required. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting and assisting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in and out patients, as well as facilitating communications between clients and medical staff. Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are a must. Familiarity with ezyVet software is desired, however, we will train you, and the company offers many online self-guided webinars.
