The partner is a management team member of a fast-growing Finance Transformation (FT) practice. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements for clients. This is a new position driven by the historical growth, 300% growth in the last year, and anticipated continued growth of the FT practice.Responsibilities:Grow and develop the Client Accounting Services practice through the selling and delivery of services specific to the needs of emerging and/or high-growth businessesFunction as a leader through the establishment of a professional reputation and networkLead all phases of services provided to the client ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time processing of client informationFacilitate frequent client meetings relating to on-going work, special projects, and financial resultsCommunicate tax reporting needs with tax professionalsDevelop a thorough assessment and understanding of client's business needs and objectives, integrate a deep understanding to achieve desired resultsEnsure that all deliverables are prepared accurately while anticipating, identifying and addressing client concerns and problems as they ariseWork within budgetary and time constraints while providing high-level client satisfactionPromote new ideas and business solutions which result in allowable extended services to existing clientsHelp build a dedicated and motivated team of professionals to accomplish the vision and strategy positioning Crowe as a leaderEnsure professional development for self and team through ongoing education and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate Serve as a role model, providing mentoring and training to staff membersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting required, masters or advanced degree desirableCertified Public Accountant (CPA) required12+ years of experience providing Client Accounting outsourcing services in a professional services environment, experience in industry and external audit will be considered5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associatesPrevious experience servicing small or middle market clients in various stages of maturity including some companies that are planning to or in the process of going publicBroad experience in various industries including technology, media, telecommunications, construction, real estate, professional services or not-for-profit desiredInnovative and forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in building, developing, and sustaining clients and teamsStrong organizations skills with the ability to strategically plan for growth, innovation and exceptional client serviceAbility to cross-sell firm services to existing client base while adhering to independence standardsSkillset and experience to work in various accounting software tools such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks Online, Sage, Bill.com, ExcelOur Benefits:At Crowe, we know that great people are what makes a great firm.
