Principal Duties and Responsibilities
In conjunction with existing Client Accountants – Log Sales in Spokane and the Director of Client Financial Services in Charlotte, this position will be responsible for daily data entry of multiple client’s information into various accounting systems. This position includes but is not limited to:

In conjunction with existing Client Accountants – Log Sales in Spokane and the Director of Client Financial Services in Charlotte, this position will be responsible for daily data entry of multiple client’s information into various accounting systems. This position includes but is not limited to:
- Complete daily ticket downloads from various scaling bureaus
- Assist with ticket reconciliation prior to ticket entry
- Ticket entry when downloads are not available
- Cash receipts and ticket application
- Additional special projects as needed
- Communicate with various internal and external customers such as foresters and scaling bureaus
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word)
- CT3 and LIMS experience preferred but not required
- Forest Products Accounting (FPA) preferred but not required
- 2 years of data entry experience preferred
Salary and Benefits
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Salary Range for position is $50,000- $55,000 annually
