Duties
- Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with filing and organizing documents
- Applying for permitting per municipality and manufacturer requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Critical thinking and independent problem solving skills
- Ability to apply accurate, effective, and timely support
