Job Details:
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hour DOE
Job Details:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to staff and management team
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as preparing/writing reports and files, filing documents, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Manage calendars
- Administer office operations, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls and take messages
- Type and update forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials
- Maintain filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval
- Take minutes and important notes during meetings
- Organize and distribute files to appropriate departments
- Utilize office equipment to make copies and scan documents
- Maintain vehicle records and schedule vehicle inspections as needed
- Cross train in industry specific work flow and dispatch software
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hour DOE
