A Global Government Contracting Company is seeking a Cleared Linux System Administrator to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA!
**This role is 100% onsite and Top Secret clearance is required. Must also have current Sec+ Cert.
Looking for E2 and E3 levels (E2 - advanced degree and 12+ years experience or bachelors with 14+ years experience or equivalent. E3 - advanced degree and 7+ years experience or bachelors with 9+ years experience or equivalent)
Job Functions:
Developing and deploying solutions to maintain smooth operation of virtualized computer system environments " Lead technical development projects and hardware refresh efforts " Providing overall on-site maintenance and support of the Unix and Windows systems " Serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution " Performing Backup/Restore/Disaster Recovery, Hardware/System Monitoring, and System Maintenance " Creating and maintaining user, administrator, and service accounts " Fine tuning system performance, maintaining system documentation, installing system wide software, and allocating mass storage space
