Wade Ale Transportation is a full service trucking company, primarily servicing the Agricultural, Nursery, Construction, Heavy Equipment, International shipping industries. An ideal candidate will be willing to learn, have good communication skills, ambitious, have a safety mindset, have knowledge of D.O.T. rules and regulations, and ability to be independent. Position will need to have a TWIC hard before hire, and will need to obtain Hazmat within the first 2 months. We run mostly Peterbilt and Kenworth sleeper trucks with an array of Vans, Liftgates, Flatbeds, Step Decks, Tanks, Container chassis and RGNs. We pay by percentage of load. Percentage is based on knowledge and experience. We are seeking drivers willing to spend 3-5 nights a week in the truck, However, Most drivers will be home everyday Drivers are home weekly unless they request to stay out. We are a small company and are able to structure a schedule to fit most driving styles. Flatbed, Step deck, and RGN experience is a plus but we are willing to train exceptional candidates. A tanker endorsement would be necessary. Owner-operators are welcome and have the ability to book their own freight or utilize our experienced operations department to maximize their revenue.
