Responsibilities:
- Review and process grocery claims for accuracy and completeness
- Investigate and gather necessary information to determine claim validity
- Analyze grocery retailer claims and other documentation to determine appropriate reimbursement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in grocery retailer claims processing or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Proficient in clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
