Responsibilities:
- Review, process and adjudicate cafeteria and Section 125 plan participant claims in accordance with IRS code & plan documents
- Assist customer service representatives with claims level questions
- Perform routine research and analysis for clients and plan participants
- Perform special projects as needed
- Maintain client confidentiality as outlined in HIPAA privacy & security rules as well as BPAS policies and procedures.
- Research and collect documents necessary to substantiate paid claims or approved transactions for annual audits.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion.
- Minimum 2 year degree in business or related field. Wex Health Cloud knowledge preferred.

Experience:
Customer service, medical coding, insurance or claims handling experience.
