Proven experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, specifically CPR+.
Background in finance or banking.
Proficient in reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
Excellent data entry and reconciliation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Responsibilities:
Support the durable medical equipment line of business by managing financial transactions and insurance claims.
Ensure accurate recording of payments in the EHR system.
Reconcile payments received with billed amounts and resolve discrepancies.
Analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents.
Collaborate with the revenue cycle team to enhance financial operations and patient billing processes.
