Responsibilities
- Handles administrative and clerical support duties for account coordinating and for processing of claims in a timely manner.
- Duties include file setup and maintenance of client files according to company service standards for claim handling.
- Transmits claims documents, form letters and other administrative documentation to appropriate parties.
- Review and handles e-mail, mail, and compose and type routine correspondence.
- Process and print loss run reports and disseminate to appropriate staff, create, maintain and run various departmental reports as required.
Qualifications
Required: Requires High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years insurance related clerical experience in an office environment.
