SalaryWe are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-oriented Chiropractic Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by providing excellent customer service to our patients and supporting our chiropractors and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and caring demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our electronic scheduling system.
- Manage patient intake forms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Punctuality is a fundamental requirement for this position. Candidates must consistently arrive to work on time and adhere to scheduled shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
