```Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment - Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar - Collect patient information and update medical records using eClinicalWorks or similar software - Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries - Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization - Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments as needed - Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions - Process insurance claims and verify coverage for chiropractic services - Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality Requirements: - Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred - Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices - Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy If you are looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while working in a supportive team environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Chiropractic Assistant.
