Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

YOU MUST BE A LICENSED CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT or GO THROUGH TRAINING TO BECOME LICENSED. The perfect candidate enjoys people, is detail oriented, organized and able to multitask. Your primary focus is on ensuring patients are cared for and that they successfully finish their care plan. You will also work towards getting your Chiropractic Assistant Licence where you will help the doctor in administrating therapies and exercises to the patients. In this role you will also support the success of the medical practice by working with insurance companies to verify insurance benefits (training provided). Specific Duties:

• Answering Phones
• Scheduling Appointments
• Collecting Payments
• Follow up with Monthly Statements
• Managing Accounts
• Insurance Verification
• Processing Insurance Claims
• Posting Insurance Payments
• Following up with Outstanding Insurance Claims
• Insurance Coding
• Ensuring the office is neat and tidy
