Chiropractic/Acupuncture office looking for a reliable Assistant/Receptionist with a warm, friendly, and respectful demeanor.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Excellent phone and computer skills for scheduling appointments
- Verification of insurance benefits
- Greet patients and process payment transactions
- Enter/scan patient information and claims into our practice software
- Assistance with insurance billing and patient statements and general office administrative
functions and upkeep.
**Must be very reliable and committed to the position**
Hours: Mon, Tue, and Thurs from 8:00am-12:45pm and 3-6pm. Wed and Fri. 8am -12:45 pm. Approx. 34 hr/wk.
Compensation starts at $16/hr. *** The position does not offer health insurance.
**Must be available for immediate hire.
