Chiropractic clinic looking only for an outstanding chiropractic receptionist.
We are a integrated medical office looking for a full time receptionist/ insurance biller/ scheduler/ multi-task front office worker for our growing practice. Our practice offers chiropractic, physical therapy, medical services and massage. We are looking for a motivated individual who is reliable, passionate for helping others, beams with positivity and a team player. We are looking for someone who has experience working as a chiropractic receptionist or other medical billing/ front office work in a busy environment. Willing to train the right individual.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and has good attention to detail
- Good Listener
- Proficient with basic computer skills
- Energetic personality
- Great people skills
Patient-Doctor coordination, answering phones, help with billing/ insurance/ marketing/ scheduling and assisting the doctors and keeping clinic clean.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A RECEPTIONIST.
Must a able to multi task and handle a busy clinic.
Previous chiropractic/medical front office is preferred. Working days are:
MTR: 8-12am, 2-6pm
T: 9-12am, 2-6pm
F: 7-10am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
