Ripploh Chiropractic is hiring a Chiropractic Assistant (CA). Work only 3 days a week and no weekends!
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
8:00am-1:00pm and 1:45-5:15pm (8.5hours/day)
25.5 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients at the front desk
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
The chiropractic assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing a positive experience for patients. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.
