Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the chiropractic office
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Billing
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office or chiropractic setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Experience working in a dental office or as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
