Chiropractic Assistant / Back Office

We have an immediate opportunity available in our Scotrun PA office for a team member to join our practice.
The Chiropractic Assistant/ Back Office will work an average 39-hour workweek and responsibilities include:

• Prepare treatment rooms for patients.
• Control the flow of the office by directing patients for treatment.
• Take patient vitals and other patient health related information.
• Maintain patient documentation.
• Submit paper billing documentation to insurance companies.
• Assist with front desk operations as needed.

The Ideal Candidate has:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Relevant customer experience and exceptional customer service skills, preferred.
• Strong computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office and EHR/EMR system, preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional working relationships with patients and team members.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Tannersville, PA 18372: Relocate before starting work (Required)
