You will be the first point of contact for the office, so the right candidate will need to have an excellent work ethic and communication skills, have the ability to multi-task in a very busy environment, answer multiple phone lines, check in and out patients, scheduling and collecting money and a wide variety of task.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk associate or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software
Pay starts at $14.50 an hour and will increasing after 45 days of employment and then again after 90 days.
Paid holidays after 6 months of employment.
