As a Chiropractic Assistant, you are responsible for creating an engaging experience for new patients, maintaining quality relationships with established patients, and going above and beyond to help our office reach new goals and milestones! PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cheerfully and energetically serves our current and potential patients in an extraordinary manner, so that our brand name and reputation will flourish with a HIGH priority on customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including conflict resolution
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Provide administrative support to Doctors, including insurance preparation and filing, documenting within our EHR system
• Scheduling, re-scheduling, calling, or messaging current and potential patients for appointments
• Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette for customer service, sales, and objections
• Demonstrates professional experience and maturity, with the ability to navigate any change in a calm, thoughtful, and positive way
• Demonstrates personal initiative and works and makes decisions with minimal guidance or supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva, and social media platforms a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work, and comfortable with constructive feedback
• Knowledge of medical office or holistic office practices is a plus

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB. We are looking for extremely motivated and highly-qualified, extroverted candidates. You must have a passion for health and wellness, and enjoy interacting with our practice members on a daily basis by: energetically greeting patients as they walk in, performing health evaluations or consultations, completing front desk work, assisting in marketing and sales initiatives, insurance, and ensuring a smooth office-flow. Strong elements of phone etiquette and customer service skills are a must. Salary is commiserate with experience in customer service and prior work experience. There would be a preference for candidates who also have prior sales and marketing experience, but not necessary. No Chiropractic Assistant experience is necessary, or even experience with a Chiropractic office. We will provide all on-the-job training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
