Front Desk Assistant

A unique, growing chiropractic office in West Des Moines that is witnessing life-changing improvements regularly, is seeking a part-time Front Desk Assistant.

This person must be professional, have strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to multitask. In addition, this person needs to be very detail oriented, customer service focused, and is able to build and maintain trusting relationships with patients and staff. This person should have a “can do” attitude and is willing to go above and beyond to help ensure that the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties include:

• Greet pts by name/manage pt flow
• Schedule/confirm/reschedule pt appts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google preferred
• Assist in patient education
• Organize office workload and manage busy reception area
• General office duties including opening office, answering phones, data entry, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, filing, organizing, and light cleaning

12-24 hours per week daytime hours
