This posting is for a Chiropractic Therapy/Front Desk Assistant Position

We are looking for an outgoing, and energetic individual to assist the Chiropractor and Clinic Office Manager in their daily responsibilities of running a chiropractic office. Must be a hardworking, personable, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a professional environment.

Our Chiropractic Therapy Assistant will assist the Chiropractor in various therapies. These therapies include; muscle stimulation, spinal table, therapeutic exercises, soft tissue, ultrasound, x-ray measurements & chirothin diet program. This position will require 12 hours of Active Physiotherapies for the Chiropractic Assistant (online program) to be completed within the first 90 days of employment. This course will be completed during work hours. This position will also include ordering office supplies, laundering gowns, vacuuming, and a lot of light daily cleaning.

The Therapy assistant will also be cross-trained with all duties required of the Front Office Administrator. Responsibilities include: answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, verifying patient benefits, record keeping, and administering all daily office duties. Being a team player & willing to jump in and help out where needed is a must! Above all, we are looking for someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn! We will train the right person!

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

HOURS:

• 35 hours a week (hours are non-negotiable)

Monday 8-6 (hour lunch)

Tuesday 8-1

Wednesday 8-6 (hour lunch)

Thursday 1-6

Friday 8-1

*Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
