Chiropractic Assistant

Job Description:
Responsibilities include recording and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality, providing patient service by assisting with check-ins and scheduling appointments, and occasional administrative support such as handling front desk duties and managing phone calls.

Number hours per week: 21-32 We have morning and/or afternoon. 4 or 8 hour shifts available. (office hours: MWF 9-1 & 3-7 and T/Th 8-12 &1-5)

Hourly rate: $16/hr or commensurate with experience

Skills required: A friendly and positive demeanor, with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals, organizational abilities to manage appointments, paperwork, and daily tasks efficiently, ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, and willingness to learn new tasks.

Skills preferred: Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting, basic knowledge of chiropractic principles and terminology, and/or knowledge of a second language is advantageous.

Training provided: Prior experience is helpful, but not required. We will train you for the job.
