Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance to chiropractors during patient treatments, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Engage directly with patients, including guiding them through exercises and treatments.
• Juggle various administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing queries with precision.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized clinic environment.
• Embrace continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge in chiropractic care and office operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a chiropractic or medical office preferred but not required – we're open to training the right candidate.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with physical interaction during patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – no room for personality conflicts or negative attitudes here.
• Must possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Available to work weekends as part of a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Candidates should not be prone to absenteeism.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
