Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on assistance to chiropractors during patient treatments, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Engage directly with patients, including guiding them through exercises and treatments.
- Juggle various administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing queries with precision.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized clinic environment.
- Embrace continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge in chiropractic care and office operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic or medical office preferred but not required – we're open to training the right candidate.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with physical interaction during patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – no room for personality conflicts or negative attitudes here.
- Must possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Available to work weekends as part of a flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Candidates should not be prone to absenteeism.
