8:30am-6:30pm (lunch 1pm-3pm)

Qualifications:
- 1-year administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare environment)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortability calling and scheduling patient appointments
- Personable yet professional demeanor
- Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Expected to execute the duties and responsibilities of the job with only limited supervision and direction
- Flexibility to work front office or back office
Preferred Skills/ Background:
- Background in Healthcare Management degree (or working towards)
- Some college preferred
- Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures is a plus
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our ER system
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to patients
- Assist with patient intake and prepare treatment rooms
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records
- Provide support to chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions
- Process payments and handle insurance claims
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using ER systems and phone systems
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients' well-being
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
