We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule patient appointments using Dentrix or Epic software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Collect patient information and verify insurance coverage
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatments
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems, basic office equipment and Excel
