URGENT!!!Seeking a bright and enthusiastic, Chiropractic Therapy Assistant for our Graham and Burlington location. Must be able to multitask and have a positive attitude. Full time. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45am-12pm, 2pm-5:30pm, Friday 1-4pm (every 3rd Friday morning also from 7:45-12pm)and one Saturday a month from 7:30am-10am. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Will train for the position. BILINGUAL preferred but not a must. Please apply IN PERSON at 101 Ivey Rd, Graham, NC 27253 (Monday-Wednesday between the hours 8am-12pm and 2pm-5pm, Friday 1-4pm).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient visits
- Provide hands-on assistance to the chiropractor during treatments
- Educate patients on proper posture, exercises, and self-care techniques
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, and processing payments
Skills:
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques, including taking vital signs
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients about their treatment plans
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
