The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for helping infants and young children engage with and experiance their world!
Your time working at Foundations will be filled with:
-laughing with children and teammates
-playing with children
-supporting your teammates
-light cleaning to provide a healthy, clean enviornment for the families of Foundations ELC.
Requirements:
-consistent, timely presence at the center
-cooperative, growth mindset
-willingness to pursue and complete training, workshops, and conferences related to the goal of providing excellent childcare for local families.
Responsibilities:- Provide childcare services, including nannying, babysitting, and caregiving- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and games- Manage behavior in a positive and effective manner- Maintain a clean and safe environment for children- Communicate with parents about their child's progressRequirements:- Experience working with children in a classroom or other setting- Ability to manage behavior effectively- Strong communication skills with both children and parents- CPR/First Aid certification preferredBenefits:- Competitive pay based on experience- Flexible scheduling options available- Opportunity for growth within the company
