Infant and Toddler Teacher Purpose:
To cooperate in providing a warm and nurturing, quality early childhood environment in which each child can grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially.
Infant and Toddler Teacher Requirements:
- Preferred CDA, Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education with a ZS, or closely related field. Completed degree not required. Training provided along with scholarship opportunities.
- Experience working in a group care setting
- Immunization requirements: MMR, Tdap, Hep B, Varicella, Annual influenza and Covid-19 plus booster
Infant and Toddler Teacher Responsibilities:
Teachers work on a team to support children and families through:
- Learning Environment
- Daily routine, small group, large group, transitions, clean up, snacks and meals, and outside time
- Curriculum Planning and Assessment
- Family Partnerships and Community Relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.23 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
