Chief Technology Officer (Cto) - Jivahealth Inc

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our healthcare company. The CTO will play a crucial role in leading our technology strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions to enhance our operations and services.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap for the company, aligned with our business objectives and industry best practices.

- Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure technology solutions, including electronic health record systems, telemedicine platforms, and data analytics tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals and executives, to identify technology needs, prioritize projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending relevant solutions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards, implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive patient information.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, standards, and regulations, such as HIPAA and HL7.

- Expertise in developing and implementing technology strategies, driving digital transformation, and managing complex projects.

- Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
