Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility*: This role, as part of the Senior Leadership team, is responsible for leading the development, implementation, operations and evaluation of technology that align with the bank’s short and long-term strategic and operational business objectives, with special emphasis on technology infrastructure and applications, that meet the Bank’s high standards for operational efficiency and end-user experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* With or without reasonable accommodation must be able to perform all essential job functions as described below.
- Lead the ongoing evaluation of existing and trending technology solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, serving as their advocate, to determine optimal solutions for short and long-term business objectives. Includes comprehensive plans for implementation, such as required infrastructure, budget, integration with existing technology, change management and staffing. Lead the process that results in the approval and prioritization of selected solutions.
- Lead strategic system project planning and implementation teams. Advise senior management on business outcomes and dependencies.
- Direct the ongoing selection, deployment and management of the Bank’s technology infrastructure to include hardware, peripherals and software resources. Oversee the management of software licenses. Oversee ongoing improvements and feasibility of system and application enhancements.
- Conduct ongoing research on competitor technology and software solutions, marketplace and industry trends, and regulatory requirements or restrictions. Establish and maintain ongoing roadmap for future technology project planning.
- Ensure that appropriate risk assessment and mitigation measures are conducted and implemented, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to support the establishment of appropriate technology policies, standards and processes. This includes vendor analysis and security reviews.
- Deliver periodic presentations and reports to various audiences on technology topics, such as plan status, solution effectiveness, capital and operational budgets and forecasts.
- Oversight of major vendors for IT services, including contracts, licensing and equipment. Conduct periodic review of vendor performance related to contract service commitments and obligations. Manage contract renewal and termination.
- Direct the development and maintenance of appropriate documentation that complies with operational, audit and regulatory requirements and recommendations.
- Provide direction and leadership to assigned team that meets bank expectations for team building, core values, career development and communication.
- Present in Board committees and develop strategic plan for technology, applications and data. Oversee the tracking and resource management of strategic plan initiatives.

- Comprehensive knowledge of technology resources and infrastructure, with emphasis on digital solutions.

- Strong vendor management skills, including experience evaluating and managing service contracts.
- Strong administrative skills, including experience managing budgets, recordkeeping, and management and regulatory reporting.
- Effective math skills, including percentages, interest and amortization.
- Computer proficiency, including internet browsers and Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Proficiency at speaking, reading and writing English.

Experience and/or Education:*
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field, such as computer science or engineering.
- Ten (10) years of related experience, with at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role responsible for strategic planning and business outcomes related to technology solutions.
- Experience planning, implementing and managing enterprise-wide technology projects and system conversions.
- Recent experience working at a financial services institution, strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field, preferred.

- Ability to travel to client and business event locations (driving requires continuous possession of a valid driver’s license and the minimum level of auto insurance).
Excellent benefits package for eligible employees and their families. Competitive salary BOE in the range of $191,000 - $236,000 Annually.
