CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / INTEGRATOR

Priority Floors is an innovative and entrepreneurial business enterprise, which has been led by the current owners for over 17 years. Having accomplished a consistent yearly growth of 10 - 20% for the last five out of six years, we plan to double our revenue growth within the next five years. Priority Floors is a proud member of MultiFamily Solutions by FloorExpo, Fuse Commercial Flooring Alliance, the Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA), Association of Builders & Contractors (ABC), Louisiana Associated General Contractors, and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Located in Elmwood Business Park in Harahan (Greater New Orleans area), Louisiana, we currently serve the multi-family and commercial flooring client needs in southern Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

RESPONSBILITIES (WHAT)
The responsibilities of this Chief Operating Officer / Integrator position include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, clearly communicating company vision, mission, and direction
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable 3-4 direct reports (Sales, Operations, HR, IT, and Admin), including managing outsourced Controller
• Own P & L responsibilities, including budgeting and forecasting
• Provide leadership, ensuring everyone is “rowing in the same direction,” by effectively identifying and resolving issues
• Bridge gaps and remove obstacles between departments
• Partner with Owners to take company to the next level
• Analyze data to maximize inventory (monitor and improve turn rate) and oversee use of technology for real-time measurement of inventory
• Strategize and drive sales to increase market share
• Increase efficiencies through developing, improving, and implementing processes and procedures
• Implement EOS (The Entrepreneurial Operating System) concepts (including scorecards and performance metrics) at all levels and conduct weekly leadership team meetings
QUALIFICATIONS (TICKET)
Required
• Minimum 10 years relevant leadership work experience with a proven track record in a similar role, leading department managers
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience
• Strong understanding of accounting (AR, AP) and finance (P & L, forecasting, balance sheet experience)
• 4-year degree (MBA preferred)
• Live within a 45-minute radius of Harahan
Preferred
• Commercial construction experience
• Experience leading multiple business units
• Experience with business expansion through entering new markets and/or acquisitions
• Inventory management experience
Desired
• Experience working for a small business
• Project management experience
• Commercial Subcontractor experience
• Flooring experience

COMPENSATION
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000+(commensurate with experience) Base Salary plus Unlimited Incentive Bonus based on Company Performance and Profitability.
