Service Manager

Beier Integrated Systems manufacture’s computer based control and monitoring systems for marine vessels. We are in search of a Service Manager to seamlessly coordinate priorities between our clients and service technicians. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients. This position involves direct interaction with clients, coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, and overseeing the entire service process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• Proactively and efficiently manage service requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and technicians.
• Communicate with clients to provide support for service and repair requests promptly.
• Coordinate service schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of issues.
• Address any issues that arise during service delivery promptly and effectively.
• Evaluate service quality and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare well-documented service billing packages for accurate accounting records.
• Stay updated with service policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure clients receive the services they need promptly.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Proven work experience in service coordination or similar role
• Additional qualifications in business administration or relevant field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds when necessary.
