We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods, and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our emerging executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully overseeing day-to-day operations and driving business growth. As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in translating our strategic vision into actionable plans, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
  • Drive initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Team Management:
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing senior management team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the organization.
  • Assist in building a strong executive team, as the business expands.
• Financial Management:
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Technology and Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Customer Focus:
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring operations align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.

• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
