Requirements:
- 8+ years in restaurant management, 5+ years in multi-unit operations
- Proven leadership in communication and change management
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Fluency in English/Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Streamline multi-unit operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Contribute to long-term business strategies and growth initiatives
- Oversee all operational aspects across multiple concepts
