Chief of Staff - Cryptocurrency/Blockchain

Raiinmaker is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to join our leadership team. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and executive team in driving the company's vision, strategic initiatives, and operational efficiency. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, collaborating closely to execute key projects, facilitate communication across departments, and drive organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Raiinmaker's long-term vision and goals.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, identifying areas for improvement and implementing processes to optimize efficiency and scalability.
• Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones.
• Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing briefings, and coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organizational Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organization, serving as a role model for Raiinmaker's core values.
• Communication and Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment across departments, ensuring that teams are working cohesively towards shared objectives.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance Raiinmaker's position in the market and drive growth opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic objectives, providing regular updates and insights to the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a strategic leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff, management consultant, or similar capacity.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Deep understanding of AI, Web3, and emerging technologies, with a passion for driving innovation and positive change.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty.

Pay: $110,867.00 - $123,587.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
