Chief of Operations

```Duties```
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Provide senior leadership and guidance to the operations team
- Manage and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and support business development initiatives to drive growth and expand market presence
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

```Experience```
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in operations management

- Experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience in business development and driving growth initiatives
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and project management techniques
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Solid understanding of Operations management principles and best practices

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
