Chief Marketing Officer (Cmo)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our dynamic team. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities：

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, advertising, and content marketing
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through effective digital marketing initiatives
- Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop compelling marketing collateral
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

- Plan and organize various events, including restaurant promotions, banquets, and special events, to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing disciplines, including research, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, copywriting, e-commerce, advertising, content marketing, digital marketing, and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments is preferred

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
