We are adding a Chief Information Officer to our team. This is an Executive Management position primarily located in Clinton, LA
Job Duties Include:
· Work closely with RKM Information systems contracted team and EHR team to ensure all systems are performing at peak performance.
· Work closely with business and clinical leadership to analyze data for the purpose of problem solving to ensure program deliverables and goals are met.
· Develop reports and presentations in a variety of formats including dashboards and ad-hoc basis
· Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep-dives into clinical and operational data to assist in identifying strategic insights, operational opportunities, and best practices.
· Provide data for grants with budget and reporting needs.
· Convert client health outcomes data (HEDIS, UDS, CQM, etc.) into usable information that is easy to understand.
· Communicate analytic insights to management, providers and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications/Skills:
- BS in Information Systems, or related IT field, and BSN/MSN
- Strong analytical/excel and presentation skills
- Experience with SQL queries/data query methods and EHR
- Experience with both healthcare outcomes and financial budgeting data
