Salary to 250k - Must relocate to Colorado

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning, budget management, accounting, and strategic mergers and/or acquisitions. You will work closely with the CEO and other executives to drive financial strategy and ensure the company's financial health and stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to drive profitability and growth.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to support business decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive M&A activities, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration of acquired entities.
• Provide strategic guidance on capital structure, investment opportunities, and risk management.
• Collaborate with executive team members to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred, MBA a plus
• Minimum of 5-7 years as a CFO or similar executive role.
• Relocation to Colorado is required.
• Strong background in accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple locations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
