A mid-sized company in the construction industry in Colorado Springs is looking for a qualified Chief Financial Officer to join our team!
The CFO is responsible for direct oversite, evaluation, and maintaining accuracy of the Company’s financial standing and information within the accounting department and software. The CFO must accurately present information about the Company’s financial status and oversee the Controller, Accounting Manager, and accounting team to assure the accuracy and timeliness of GAAP and legal compliance requirements and the financial statements. The CFO evaluates revenues and expenses to identify concerns and identify losses and gains and overall profitability and sets and oversees that internal controls are in place.
In addition but not limited to: the CFO assists with budgeting and forecasting with the CEO and COO. The CFO meets with the company’s Executives, bankers, CPAs, Audit firms, and Acquisition associates, to provide them with timely and accurate financial information and reporting as requested. The CFO also meets with and oversees the Controller, Accounting Manager, and accounting team, to assure internal controls are being followed, compliance is being met, and advises processes and procedures to remain most efficient in reporting and daily entries.

Salary Range: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 to start based on proven experience.
Minimum bachelor’s degree
5 years’ experience in Accounting environment
Minimum of 3 years as a Chief Financial Officer or Senior Controller
