Chief Financial Officer (Cfo) - On Site

D’Asign Source & Subsidiaries (www.dasignsource.com), are the Coastal Home Experts and premier luxury home builder of the Florida Keys. Based in beautiful Marathon, Florida for 64 years, the Company is owned by three brothers who seek a well-qualified Chief Financial Officer to take full responsibility for all financial, human resource and accounting matters, including financial & tax reporting and working with independent CPA’s on the Company’s and its owners’ income tax reporting obligations. The position reports directly to the owners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for the accounting & human resource groups.
• Manage all financial and tax reporting requirements, including those of the owners.
• Manage and enhance the existing Acumatica ERP management system and other software systems.
• Manage the annual budget process.
• Maintain accurate & timely accounting records & financial reports and challenge the results.
• Serve as the Company’s Treasurer.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
• CPA certification a plus
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial management
• Experience in a senior management position
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and MS 365 (including Teams) with an expertise in Excel and SharePoint
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. a plus
• Sound financial and tax reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
